Workshop venue and language
The Workshop will take place in the premises of Isfahan University of Technology, lecture hall 8, (in Isfahan, Iran). The Workshop language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Arrivals, registration and Workshop
opening
It is assumed that Workshop participants will arrive and register at front desk, in front of Lecture Hall 8, starting from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday, July 13, 2009. The Workshop will officially begin at 9: 00 AM Monday July 13, 2009.
Registration for participation
All participants are asked to register for participation before July 1, 2009. The registration fee includes attendance at the Workshop, Workshop materials, 3 meals per day, break refreshments, and accommodation. The registration fee must be sent to account number 951, Bank Tejarat, Isfahan University Branch, Code: 56440, and the scan of the receipt must be sent to : irw@conf.iut.ac.ir. Foreign participants will pay the registration fee upon registration in front desk of the Workshop.

Registration fee cancellation and refunds
The registration fee will be refunded (with a deduction of 10 % to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Workshop is cancelled in writing before 7 July 2009. No refund will be granted after this date.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be reserved by the Workshop secretary, right after the receipt of the registration fee is received. All participants will be accommodated on Isfahan University of Technology Campus.
